The opening of the ball-b Support Center on 1st September 2016 marked a further building block in the development of a comprehensive customer service by ball-b whose customers are mainly towns and municipalities operating sewage plants.
By opening its own Support Center, ball-b intends to move closer to its customers and support them with advice and assistance when needed. “We have confidence in our technology which we place at the disposal of man and the environment” stated Reto Manitz, Press Officer of ball-b. “The concept is quite simple but it is only through the technical standards set by ball-b that an economic system for rat control is available for users. For the first time ever there is now a system which is capable of checking the poisons used and reducing the amount by up to 70%”. Reto Manitz describes this as the “lowest toxic strategy” which reduces operating costs by up to 65% and protects the environment.
